BCA Volunteer advocates provide valuable support to vulnerable people in their community.

For anyone who wants to make the commitment to become an advocate, it is extremely rewarding and worthwhile.

You have the satisfaction of knowing that you are doing an important difference to someone’s life.

As a volunteer you will attend training which will give you the information you need to take on the role of Volunteer Advocate.

During and after training, you ill get the opportunity to discuss your views and the type of advocacy you feel most suited to undertake.

This might be a regular commitment visiting someone, or it might be a ‘one-off’ issue that you help a person to resolve.

If you would like to apply to become a volunteer advocate or would like more information please email us at bca@keme.co.uk or call 01874 625603 to make an appointment.
